Start Deletion in the App

1. Open STARDIG and go to the Account & Cloud screen.
2. Choose Permanently Delete Account.
3. Read what will be deleted and complete the on-screen confirmation again.
4. Keep the app open until it displays the completion result.

Do not send an Apple ID or Google Account password, verification code, ID token, or device passcode.

External Request When You Cannot Use the App

Email the address below with the subject “STARDIG Account Deletion Request” and include the platform (iOS or Android), linked provider (Apple or Google), the STARDIG account ID or Player ID shown in the app if available, and the approximate date of last use. To prevent account takeover, the Operator may request the minimum additional ownership evidence needed before starting the same server-side deletion process.

Do not send a password, verification code, ID token, or Apple or Google credential. An external request made without the app deletes server data, but data remaining locally on a device cannot be remotely erased; separately clear the app data or remove the app.

What Happens Next

Using the authenticated current account, in-app deletion removes the Cloudflare STARDIG account, cloud save and sessions, RevenueCat compatibility user link, Apple or Google provider link, and local game data in sequence. Apple handling includes the credential used to revoke Apple linking; Google handling removes the STARDIG-side provider link and clears Google Credential Manager state on the device.

Deletion may be asynchronous. If a network error interrupts it, the app safely rechecks the status. If automatic Apple unlinking cannot finish, follow the in-app instructions to remove STARDIG from Sign in with Apple in iOS Settings. Removing a Google link removes only the STARDIG link; it does not delete your Google Account, Gmail, or data in other Google services.

Effects of Deletion

After deletion, the account, progress, cloud saves, inventory, game currency, reward history, and settings cannot be recovered.

Account deletion applies to account and game data and is different from merely deleting the app from the device.

To prevent relinking of a deleted provider account, avoid duplicate deletion, and let an offline device finish its local reset, a keyed-HMAC tombstone of the provider and subject, a status-token hash, and the minimal deletion receipt and provider result are retained permanently. They contain no email, name, profile photo, raw subject, raw ID token, or game progress and are not used to restore progress or for advertising.

Deleting a STARDIG account does not delete data retained by Google or AdMob under their own policies. Manage ad consent and any opt-out of sale or sharing or targeted advertising under applicable U.S. state law separately through the in-app privacy options, Google Account, or device advertising settings.
