Privacy Policy

• Email inquiries: your email address, any name or contact details you include, and the message and attachments. Used to read and answer your inquiry.
• Access records: IP address, access time, requested address and browser information. Processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site.

This site has no sign-up, contact forms, advertising or tracking cookies.

• Email inquiries are kept for one year after they are resolved and then deleted. If the law requires them to be kept, they are kept for the period the law sets.
• We do not store access records ourselves; our hosting provider keeps them for the period set in its policy.
• Information whose retention period has ended is deleted within five days in a way that cannot be recovered.

We use the providers below to run the site and receive email, so personal information is transferred abroad. Transfers happen over the network when you visit the site or send an email.

• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States and countries with Cloudflare data centers): site hosting, delivery and security, and receiving and forwarding inquiry emails. Transferred items: access records and inquiry emails. Contact: www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy

If you do not want your information transferred abroad, you can contact us by post at the address in the site footer. Processing access records is required to use the site.

You can ask to access, correct, delete or stop processing your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 10 days of receipt.

Only the people in charge can access the inquiry mailbox and site admin accounts. The site is served over HTTPS only.
